I love a good trashy tabloid read! Great for entertainment and is a good wait to keep up with the latest trends. Here are a few glam gals I stumbled across in one of my mags.

1. Vanessa Hudges--Despite a photo scandal, she's looking very grown up and put together!

Jewelry Junkie

So. I just really love jewelry. It can really complete any outfit. I have all sorts of jewelry. From a sentimental ring that I wear everyday, to my favorite pair of Forever21 earrings. There is just something fun about being able to make an outfit completely different with a bold necklace, huge earrings or bangles piled high.

Currently, my earrings are stuffed into a fishing tackle box and my necklaces are inconveniently displayed in a plastic tub and are not so easy to wrestle through. This mess brings me to the subject of jewelry organization, which I need some help with. I have a lovely earring tree and a calling card tray I also use, but I'm in need of some more creative storage/display ideas.

I've searched high and low all over the internet for some ideas. You would probaly laugh at some of the things I googled to find what I was looking for, which I might add was pretty unsuccessful. Yesterday I came across not ONE, but TWO lovely blog posts about...you guessed it...creative ways to organize your jewelry! FINALLY! Take a peek:

Dead Ringer

Katie Holmes is currently filming The Kennedys, a new miniseries to debut on the history channel. I stumbled across this photo of Holmes. I had to do a double take because of how much she looked like Jackie O. Let's just hope her acting is as convincing as her looks!

It's been a while.....

Please forgive me for not blogging for a month. The beach is a wonderful distraction and along with working here and here, sadly my blog got push aside. But now I'm back, and promise to be post more regularly!


Since my last post:

• The residents at the Love Shack and I have done a pretty good job with following our bucket list.
• We added a new roomie. Ann Clark is here! With the crew we have now, WATCH OUT!
• My plans after the summer have drastically changed from going home for a few months, to moving to Nashville! I am soooooooo excited. I have house and wonderful roommates (Shout out to Marge, Mary Crosby and Meesh!!! Watch out Nashvegas!), now the job search begins!
• Things are looking up!
